Refund policy

This is a non-binding translation. The legally binding version is the German one.

 

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Withdrawal information 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, where you have ordered several items as part of a single order and these are delivered separately,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, where you have ordered an item that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. We bear the cost of returning the goods within Germany if you use our returns label, which we are happy to provide by email. Otherwise the return costs are to be borne by you.

You shall only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, qualities and functioning of the goods.
